FOR TYPESCRIPT / REACT / NEXT.JS / VERCEL / SUPABASE

Your vibe-coded prototype works. Let’s make it ready for real customers.

A focused 6–8 week programme to prepare your founder-built product for a real customer pilot: safer data, fewer surprises, faster journeys, a more consistent experience, and a practical way to keep shipping.

THE UNCOMFORTABLE BIT

A convincing demo can hide production-sized problems.

Could one customer accidentally or deliberately see another customer’s data?

What does the user see if an AI service stops responding halfway through an important journey?

Would you know why a payment, invitation or report failed, or only hear about it from the customer?

Can you add the next feature without breaking the ten features Claude helped you ship last month?

WHAT GETS LEVELLED UP

A practical pass across everything your pilot will lean on.

We use leading AI models as specialised assistants. The work is still guided by evidence, automatic checks and experienced engineering judgement. Read our guide to making a vibe-coded app production-ready.

01 / PRIVACY

Privacy & access

Make sure only the right people can see or change sensitive information.

02 / DATA PROTECTION

Customer data protection

Keep each customer’s information private and separate, even when someone tries to get around the rules.

03 / RELIABILITY

Fewer surprises

Capture what already works and check every change so useful features do not quietly break.

04 / SPEED

A faster experience

Find and remove the slow screens, long waits and wasted work that frustrate users and raise costs.

05 / VISIBILITY

Problems you can see

Make failures easy to spot, explain and fix before they turn into customer complaints.

06 / EXPERIENCE

A clear, consistent product

Make important journeys feel simple, coherent, responsive and usable on every screen.

07 / FOUNDATIONS

Safer foundations

Check the software and outside services your product relies on for known risks, outdated parts and fragile assumptions.

08 / AI CONTROL

Reliable AI, controlled costs

Put sensible limits, checks and recovery paths around AI so it behaves more predictably and does not run up an open-ended bill.

THE 6–8 WEEK PLAYBOOK

Five deliberate moves. No mystery rebuild.

01

Understand what you’ve built

Follow the important journeys, outside services and customer data to find what is solid, fragile or missing.

02

Protect what already works

Add automatic checks around today’s useful behaviour before changing the foundations.

03

Fix real risks first

Focus the work on data protection, privacy, reliability, speed, user experience and the problems most likely to affect a pilot.

04

Set up your AI delivery harness

We give you the toolbox to supercharge your AI-based feature delivery.

05

Show it is ready

Rerun the evidence, explain any remaining risks and hand over a product ready for a real customer pilot.

WHY THIS METHOD EXISTS

Built from real product-readiness work, not invented for a brochure.

A recent project began with a product that looked ready. A systematic review uncovered serious gaps in who could see what, separation of customer data, outdated software, data reliability, failure handling and our ability to diagnose problems.

The answer was not a blind rebuild. We first understood what existed, protected working features with automatic checks, then fixed the highest-risk foundations and proved each important change.

BUILT TO STAY USEFUL

Your product improves. So does the way you keep building it.

The AI harness turns what we learn about your product into a living playbook for Claude Code and other coding tools. It gives them a clear map of your product, agreed ways of working and the checks they must complete for every future feature.

It ships with your product, not as a generic prompt pack or a PDF destined for a drawer.

01 / Product map

What lives where, why it matters and which customer journeys must be protected.

02 / Rules for safe changes

Clear standards for planning, building and deciding when a feature is truly finished.

03 / Purpose-built AI instructions

Specialist workflows for planning, privacy, testing, improving and reviewing new work.

04 / Checks before release

Automatic checks and evidence that catch mistakes before customers do.

MOST SUITABLE FOR

Modern web prototypes with momentum.

Working TypeScript prototypes built with React and Next.js, deployed on Vercel, using Supabase or a closely comparable modern web stack.

  • The core product already works as a prototype.
  • You have enough conviction to plan a real pilot.
  • Customers will trust you with identity or meaningful data.
  • You want to keep shipping after the engagement.

This is a focused service for getting a working prototype ready for a pilot. It is not a general rescue package for every language, framework or half-finished idea.

WHO WE ARE

Appified Ltd. Expert engineering. Founder-focused.

Appified is a London-based engineering consultancy specialising in modern web and native mobile technologies. We work closely with founders to turn promising prototypes into dependable products that are ready for real customers.

This service brings that practical engineering experience into one focused engagement, leaving you with a stronger product and a better way to keep building it.

THE COMPLETE ENGAGEMENT

£14,900 + VAT

Fixed one-off feeEstimated 6–8 weeks

From “it proves a concept” to “it’s ready for real users”

At the end of the engagement, you leave with:

  • Three layers of automated testsIndividual components, connected systems and critical user journeys are protected so new features do not quietly break what already works.
  • Staging and preview environmentsFully working environments let you test every change safely before it reaches real users.
  • Security audit report and engineering attestationA written record of what was checked, what was fixed and any risks that remain.
  • Measured performance improvementsBefore-and-after evidence shows where speed, responsiveness and efficiency improved.
  • Live product monitoringObservability tools show how the product is being used and help you spot problems quickly.
  • Your AI delivery harnessA product map, working rules and automated checks help you keep shipping with greater confidence.

CANDID ANSWERS

Before you hand over your product.

Are you going to rewrite the whole thing?

No. A rewrite is not the default. We preserve good product logic, build a safety net around it and change the parts whose risk or cost justifies the work.

What if my stack is close, but not identical?

That can still be a fit. TypeScript, React and Next.js are the centre of gravity; Vercel, Supabase, Clerk and similar managed services can usually be accommodated after a short technical review.

Does the AI delivery harness replace an engineer?

No. It helps you and your AI tools make better day-to-day decisions, follow the product’s rules and check the work. It raises the standard without pretending that judgement has been automated away.

Can you guarantee there will be no bugs?

No honest service can promise that. The goal is to replace hidden, unmanaged risks with sensible protection, automatic checks, clear warning signs and a realistic plan for the pilot.
